These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between pk2car ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," or "you") who accesses or uses the pk2car platform at pk2car.org and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces operated by the Company.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of pk2car following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their pk2car account or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with pk2car's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the binding legal framework governing your use of pk2car.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Users:

• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence at the time of account registration and use.
• You must be acting as a principal on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee of pk2car, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, except with the Company's express written consent.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or exclusion order in effect on your account at the time of registration or use.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of pk2car.

pk2car reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active pk2car account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. The Company employs automated and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended without prior notice and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering a pk2car account, you agree to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address to which you have sole and exclusive access.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for two-factor authentication and account verification purposes, where applicable.
• Accurate date of birth information confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk2car login credentials, including your password and any one-time authentication codes. pk2car will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or social media. Any activity conducted from your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified pk2car of unauthorised access in writing without delay. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

pk2car supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, Retail Cash, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at the time of your transaction and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits are generally processed in real time. The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any commercial bank.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Users may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets (USDT TRC20) are subject to the User's acceptance of applicable network fees and blockchain processing times, which are outside the Company's control.
• Funds deposited with pk2car may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform and may not be used as a money transfer or currency exchange mechanism.

All bets and wagers placed on pk2car — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, virtual sports, or any other product offered on the platform — are subject to the specific product rules displayed alongside each game or market, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk2car:

• All bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed. pk2car does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances except where expressly stated in the relevant product rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in pricing or odds — including where a price or line has been published at an incorrect level that does not reflect the true market price — pk2car reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return stakes to the relevant account.
• Sportsbook markets, including cricket, PSL, basketball, football, and UFC, are subject to the specific settlement rules applicable to each sport. These rules govern void conditions, postponement treatment, and incomplete event settlement, and are available for review on the pk2car sportsbook pages.
• Casino game outcomes, including slot results, roulette spins, blackjack hands, and all live dealer game results, are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live physical randomisation in the case of live dealer studios. pk2car does not manipulate game outcomes.
• The Company reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum stake, maximum payout, or betting access of any User at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

From time to time, pk2car offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. Each promotion is governed by specific terms, which are displayed alongside the offer and must be read in full before accepting any bonus.

The following general conditions apply to all pk2car bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for immediate withdrawal. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to real-money balance and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions already accepted by a User prior to such amendment will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance, except where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to minimise risk across bonus offers, or any form of collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on pk2car and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or causing or assisting another person to register multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the pk2car platform in a manner that is not available to standard human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in relation to any sporting event or casino game available on pk2car.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pk2car platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Using the pk2car platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity. The Company cooperates fully with applicable anti-money-laundering authorities and may report suspicious activity without prior notification to the User.
• Accessing pk2car from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where the User has deliberately circumvented geographical access controls using VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to your pk2car account by, any third party.

pk2car reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, suspected underage usage, or receipt of a regulatory instruction to do so.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk2car customer support. Where an account is closed by the User and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (net of any void or forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Where an account is suspended or closed by pk2car for breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any determination that a breach has occurred may result in permanent forfeiture of withheld funds.

All content available on the pk2car platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of the Company or is licensed to the Company by third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk2car platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content available on pk2car without the Company's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk2car and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from betting or gaming activity, technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party payment processor delays.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with a specific event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that User's pk2car account at the time the relevant claim arises, or PKR 50,000 — whichever is the lesser amount — except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

pk2car is provided on an "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by pk2car is governed by the pk2car Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a pk2car account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

pk2car collects personal information for the purposes of identity verification, account management, anti-fraud monitoring, anti-money-laundering compliance, and the provision of customer support. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or by the Company's operating obligations.

pk2car is committed to providing gambling as a form of entertainment and not as a financial strategy or a solution to personal financial difficulties. The Company provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Users who are concerned about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to review the pk2car Responsible Gaming page at /responsible-gaming, which provides access to self-assessment tools and guidance on support organisations. pk2car takes responsible gaming obligations seriously as a matter of operational policy, not merely regulatory compliance.

All players must be 21 years of age or older. Any attempt to access or use pk2car by an individual under the age of 21 is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in that account.

pk2car reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, the Company will provide advance notice to registered Users via email or via a platform notification. Your continued use of pk2car following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to stop using pk2car and request closure of your account before the amended Terms take effect. Requests for account closure under this clause will be processed in accordance with Clause 8 above.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk2car is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body specified by the Company in accordance with its licensing obligations.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk2car with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
